Kameryn and the rest of the staff were the best and made our wedding so easy, so special, and so fun! I would recommend having your wedding here anytime of year! Chef Alex


Executive Chef Alex Kenney has been obsessed with food for as long as he can remember. He started working in his first kitchen at the age of fifteen as a dishwasher and has been in the industry ever since. After attending culinary school at SUNY SCCC, he began his cooking career in various restaurants throughout the capital region. In 2015, Alex began working for Mazzone Hospitality and quickly became a leader amongst a number of talented chefs.

Chef Alex found his way to The Saratoga Winery in the spring of 2021 and knew that he had found a home. We are exceptionally proud of how Chef Alex has elevated both our restaurant menus and catering program. His creativity, drive and knowledge in the kitchen is apparent in every plate he sends out.

When asked if you need to come and try his Upstate Pub menu all you need to say is “YES, CHEF!”
